Five self-contained kitchens built to industry specifications. Allowing for multi-cuisine, and specialist dietary preparation in the one building. Each is fully equipped with dishwasher, sinks, storage.. and all standard industry appliances.

Equipped as per Service Skills Australia Guidelines. Council approved. Built to BCA specifications and regulations.

Our premises is the principle centre of  the Victorian Institute of Technology's Hospitality School. In addition the kitchens and training rooms, it has a cafe/restuarant, an upstairs meeting room with ample natural light and a loading bay.

We also host hospitality-related events such as Corporate Team Building activites, Novelty Cookery Events, Birthday Parties and a range of Childrens Courses and Kids Events designed to impart skills and a love of cooking.

Situated in the inner suburb of Abbotsford, VIT School of Hospitality Management is well located. With a 300 capacity car-park next door,  close to public transport, the Collingwood Farmers Market and the Abbotsford Convent Precinct, the VIT School of Hospitality Management provides the ideal learning environment.
