This is a fun hands-on lesson, children will be guided but expected to create their own biscuits. While learning the basic principles of baking youngsters will experience a fully functional commercial kitchen learn about hygiene, safety in the kitchen, ingredients and the creative possibilities in cookery.
Towards the end of the lesson children will wrap their creations, enjoy a cool drink and sample their creations.
It is advisable that one parent or guardian can stay, help or observe throughout the class.
