This is a fun hands-on lesson, children are guided but expected to create their own cake. While learning the basic principles of baking youngsters will experience a fully functional commercial kitchen learn about hygiene, safety in the kitchen, ingredients and the creative possibilities in cookery
It is advisable that one parent or guardian stay, help or observe throughout the lesson.
