New Course
This introductory course is designed for those children who love to cook, enjoy the many food related TV shows, or have expressed a love of making food.
It aims to inspire and develop the child through the creation of a real two course meal, in a real commercial kitchen environment. They will see how a kitchen operates, create two restaurant quality dishes, and learn techniques of presenting their dishes on the plate and on the table.
