The VIT School of Hospitality Management has 5 self contained kitchens (K1-K5) built to industry specifications. Allowing for multi-cuisine and specialist dietary preparations in the one building. Each kitchen comes equipped with:
32 Burners (K1), 12 Burners (K2), 40 Burners (K3), 32 Burners (K4), and 40 Burners (K5) all with Convection Ovens
